If you have issue problem with purchase, we sincerely apologize for the issue you encountered! We want to help you resolve the problem and get all the items in the pack. Please try the following methods:
Pre - Contidition: Please make sure that your purchase of the Duet Cats package was successful before proceeding with the following methods. To check the purchase, follow these steps:
IOS:
Step 1: Open the App Store on your device.
Step 2: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Click on "Purchase History"
Step 4: Check if the Duet Cats package is listed.
Android:
Step 1: Open the Play Store on your device.
Step 2: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Remove other Google accounts if the device is logged into multiple accounts at once, keeping only the one related to your purchase.
Step 4: Click on "Payments & Subscriptions"
Step 5: Click on “Budget & History“
Step 6: Check if the Duet Cats package is listed.
After verifying that the purchase of the Duet Cats package was successful, please proceed with the following methods:
1. Restart Duet Cats app:
After successfully purchasing the package, please restart the Duet Cats app and check the items in the Cat Shop. If you still did not find your items, please try the second method.
2. Restore Purchases in Duet Cats
3. If you do not find your items, please try this method: Clean Restore Purchases after re-installing the game:
Please notice that the following data will be deleted after re-installing the game:
Highscore records and collected stars
Unlocked items by watching ads or spending coin
Your item in purchased packs will remain in your Apple/Google account, and can be restored in the game:
Remove Ads Pack
If you have a lot of items in the game progress and don't want to lose them by re-installing the game, please wait for the next release, we will add an option to do this method without uninstalling and losing any data.
