Step 4: Check if the "Duet Cats - Remove Ads" package is listed.

Step 1: Open the Play Store on your device.
Step 2: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Remove other Google accounts if the device is logged into multiple accounts at once, keeping only the one related to your purchase.
Step 4: Click on "Payments & Subscriptions"
Step 5: Click on “Budget & History“
Step 6: Check if the "Duet Cats - Remove Ads" package is listed.
After verifying that the purchase of the "Remove Ads" package was successful, please proceed with the following methods:
1. Restore Purchases in Restart Duet Cats
2. If Popup Ads still appearapp:
After successfully purchasing the Remove Ads package, please restart the Duet Cats app and play a Song to confirm. If Pop up Ads still show, please try the second method: Clean Restore Purchases after re-installing the game:
Please notice that the following data will be deleted after re-installing the game:
Highscore records and collected stars
Unlocked items by watching ads or spending coin
Your item in purchased packs will remain in your Apple/Google account, and can be restored in the game:
