Ads still show after purchasing the Remove Ads package

Summary:

  • In Duet Cats, there are the following types of ads:
    Forced Ads: Popup Ads, Banner Ads, App Open Ads, and Native Ads.
    Rewarded Ads: Ads to unlock New cats, New songs, Extra hearts and Continue if you missed the foods in game playing.

  • The Remove Ads package removes the Forced Ads only.
    Therefore, you will still need to watch Rewarded Ads for: Unlock new Songs, new Cats, new Foods, Extra hearts and Continue if you missed the foods in game playing.

  • In case you have purchased the "Remove Ads" package but still encounter ads other than Rewarded Ads, please follow the steps in the Method section.

Methods:

Pre - Contidition: Please ensure that your purchase of the "Remove Ads" package was successful before proceeding with the following methods. To check the purchase, follow these steps:

IOS:

  • Step 1: Open the App Store on your device.

  • Step 2: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Step 3: Click on "Purchase History"

  • Step 4: Check if the "Duet Cats - Remove Ads" package is listed.

Android:

  • Step 1: Open the Play Store on your device.

  • Step 2: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Step 3: Remove other Google accounts if the device is logged into multiple accounts at once, keeping only the one related to your purchase.

  • Step 4: Click on "Payments & Subscriptions"

  • Step 5: Click on “Budget & History“

  • Step 6: Check if the "Duet Cats - Remove Ads" package is listed.

After verifying that the purchase of the "Remove Ads" package was successful, please proceed with the following methods:

1. Restart Duet Cats app:

After successfully purchasing the Remove Ads package, please restart the Duet Cats app and play a Song to confirm. If Pop up Ads still show, please try the second method.
